Okay so I said I’d update on what I did at the gym today- did HIIT aka high intensity interval training for 20 mins on the treadmill. First, I ran 10 minutes to warm up at 5.8 mph then I ran intervals of 30 seconds at 8 mph then recovered for 30 seconds jogging at 4 mph. Wow, such a good work out.
